The SCAD Sequential Art Department welcomes the Southeastern Chapter of the National Cartoonists Society celebrate the enduring influence of Mad Magazine’s cartoonists (the usual gang of idiots) on the Weekend of November 12th!

Sequential Art Grad Students Paint Cornholes!

Six graduate students from the SCAD Sequential Art department donated their time and talent to painting a set of Cornhole boards for an event held by the Savannah Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

A game of Cornhole consists of tossing bean bags through a board with a hole in it. Surely the most rural of all bean-bag-style lawn games.

After the tournament, these boards were auctioned off as part of the fundraiser for the fight against blood cancers. It even made the news: The Coastal SourceSCAD News, of courseWTOC.
