Editors’ Day @ SCADCon

March 1st, 2010 by admin

It’s Spring again and the SCAD’s Sequential Art Department finds itself welcoming a group of editors and publishers to its annual Editors’ Day.  The event will take place April 8-9th, 2010. Last year brought in six great editors, but this year we have EIGHT confirmed so far.  The panel discussion will be on Thursday at Trustee’s Garden from 7:30-9:00pm (refreshments and mingling from 7-7:30pm).  The portfolio-reviews will be on Friday across the river at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center!

These are the confirmed editors as of March 1st, 2010:

  • Bob Schreck - IDW publishing
  • Dan Vado - Slave Labor Graphics
  • Joe Keatinge - Image Comics
  • James Lucas Jones - Oni Press
  • Chris Warner - Dark Horse
  • Will Dennis - Vertigo/DC
  • Joey Cavalari - DC Comics
  • David Saylor - Scholastic’s Graphix Imprint

You can also download the editor request form and questionnaire PDF below, and drop them off at Room 1A at Norris Hall:
